Knowledge of the complete sequence of the human genome and increasing understanding of how variation in the human genome among individuals influences susceptibility to disease and responsivity to medications and/or risk for adverse side effects have created new opportunities for drug discovery and target validation clinical trial design, criteria, and endpoints to demonstrate efficacy, implementation and other issues that introduce challenging regulatory questions.
Regulatory Issues in Next-Generation Medicine and Pharmacogenomics is a one-day conference that will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in Ballroom A/B in the Southern Management Corporation Campus Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, located at 621 West Lombard Street in Baltimore, MD.
